Patient satisfaction
As expected, the results concerning patient satisfaction at the Merian Iselin proved to be very positive. The surveys are carried out and analysed by MECON GmbH (measure & consult GmbH), a leading company in the area of satisfaction measurement and neutral analysis for the healthcare sector. The results are shown below.
