Visiting times

Please be considerate when visiting our clinic so that you do not disturb the other clinic guests as this may impede their recovery or prevent them from getting the rest they need.

Our official visiting times are 11.00 a.m. — 8.00 p.m.

In fine weather, we also recommend a visit to our sun terrace on the 4th floor of the West Clinic as a relaxing way to pass a little time. Or, for a change, treat yourself to a leisurely cup of coffee in our restaurant in modern design on the 8th floor, which will reward you 365 days a year with a splendid view over the “Dreiländereck” (meeting point of France, Germany and Switzerland).

Patients undergoing a surgical operation have frequent visits from family members or close friends. This is why we are also keen to respond to the needs of our visitors.

Parking

You will find pay parking spaces with parking meters in the immediate vicinity of the clinic.

In addition, there are parking spaces available in the Blue Zone in all the surrounding streets leading towards the clinic.
